I’ve been hunting for the best Eurocamp resorts in Spain near airports – so if you’re looking for swimming pools, sunshine, beaches and theme parks, without a long transfer time, then you’ve come to the right place. Spain is one of the best destinations for a family summer getaway, and some of these fantastic Eurocamp resorts are so near to the airports that you can start your holiday after just a 15 minute transfer!
In fact, all of these Eurocamp resorts in Spain are no more than 40 minutes from popular airports – Reus, Barcelona, Girona and Alicante. Reus is one of the most popular airports in Spain – with flights available from lots of the budget-friendly airlines – and there are some fabulous Eurocamp resorts near to the airport. 1. Eurocamp: Sanguli, Costa Dorada
Perfect for fuss-free Eurocamp holidays without a car, Sanguli is just a 15 minute transfer from Reus Airport. One of the most popular resorts for family holidays in Spain, this 5 star resort is also just a 15 minute taxi ride from PortAventura and Caribe Aquatic Park. It offers a stunning pool complex with waterslides, a jungle-themed children’s pool, a mini-club, playgrounds, mini golf, entertainment and sports. Just 25 minutes from Reus Airport, with direct beach access, Camping Park Playa Barà is one of the best Eurocamp resorts for family fun in Spain. For little thrill-seekers, the park is just half an hour from PortAventura World and Caribe Aquatic Park, and it’s well known for its excellent evening entertainment. There are some amazing Eurocamp resorts near Girona Airport and you’ll be pleased to know that it’s one of the best airports in Spain for budget-friendly flights and transfers. I’ve picked 3 top campsites here, perfect for family holidays, with transfers no more than 40 minutes from the airport.
1. Eurocamp: Bella Terra, Costa Brava
Just a 30 minute transfer from Girona Airport, Camping Bella Terra is a top pick for a Eurocamp beach holiday on the Costa Brava. A medium-sized campsite, it has two swimming pools (including a kids’ pool), tennis courts and mini-golf. It’s perfect for Eurocamp holidays without a car as it’s located near the town of Blanes – you can wander along the seafront to shops and restaurants. With forests, sandy beaches and rocky coves on your doorstep, it’s an excellent choice for a scenic family break. Plus, Water World aqua park is just 20 minutes away! One of the busiest airports in Spain, Barcelona Airport can be a great option if you’re looking for lots of choice on routes and flight times – and there are two Eurocamp resorts near to the airport. We actually stayed at the first one in 2025 and absolutely loved it, plus they’re both well located for city adventures in Barcelona too!
1. Eurocamp: Vilanova Park, Barcelona
Just a short 30 minute transfer from Barcelona Airport, Vilanova Park is one of the most popular resorts for Eurocamp holidays in Spain. (We loved it – check out my Vilanova Park Review.) The park boasts several large swimming pools, waterslides and a toddler play pool, entertainment, kids’ club activities and sports. It’s an ideal base for exploring Barcelona – take a 40 minute train ride from Vilanova i La Geltrú Station or catch a bus directly from the park. It’s a 45 minute drive to Barcelona, or you can catch the train from Vilanova i La Geltrú Station in around 40 minutes. Just 25 minutes from Alicante Airport, Alannia Costa Blanca boasts a fabulous pool complex with waterslides and play zones, as well as a lovely indoor heated pool with spa facilities. The resort offers kids’ clubs, sports, mini golf, inflatables, soft play and entertainment. Plus, all stays include bedding and towels, and the beach is a 20 minute drive away. It’s about 30 minutes to Alicante, or visit the coastal town of Santa Pola with its castle and aquarium – from there you can hop on a boat to Tabarca Island. Can I book flights for my Eurocamp holiday in Spain?
For Eurocamp holidays with flights: Eurocamp offer some package holiday deals through Jet2holidays which include flights and car hire (click to check out). Not all resorts and destinations are available so many families book flights separately – use the Skyscanner website to hunt out the cheapest flights. You can sort car hire easily on websites like Expedia, or book your transfers to and from the airport through Suntransfers.
