Camping Fabulous Village is the perfect Eurocamp base for a city break in Rome. You can spend your days visiting iconic sites and then unwind back at the campsite which boasts swimming pools, sports facilities and evening entertainment – plus it’s not far from the beach either! We stayed at Camping Fabulous Village for our visit to Rome (read more about it in my Camping Fabulous Village Review) – it was a great way to keep our city adventure budget-friendly. Vitinia train station is just 5 minutes down the road – from there you can get into Rome city centre in around 30 minutes. The nearest airport to Camping Fabulous Village is Rome Fiumicino Airport – it’s just a 25 minute transfer so this one is a good option if you’d prefer not to hire a car.
