A lovely family-orientated site in the beautiful Saarburg region of Germany, Landal Warsberg Campsite is perfect for an easy road trip from the UK as it’s just a 4.5 hour drive from Calais. We loved our stay, have a look at my Landal Warsberg Review. The resort has great child-friendly facilities, including play areas, an indoor gaming spot and a nice swimming pool. Plus, directly next door to the site, you can enjoy the tobogganing track and take a chairlift down into the town of Saarburg. Germany’s oldest city, Trier, and Luxembourg City are just a short drive away too. An hour away you’ll also find Saarbrücken Zoo and Dinosaurierpark Teufelsschlucht (a dinosaur themed attraction park) – so for lots to do (on and off site) this one’s a great option.
